The hotel staff gave us a warm reception upon our arrival, which was really appreciated. They were all very friendly and even went out of their way to book us a table at a nearby restaurant when theirs was closed. the room was exactly what we asked for and was clean. the location was great as it was close to other restaurants and shops in the area.
the only minor issue was that we stayed on a Sunday when it wasn't typically booked, so there wasn't a lot of activity happening that night.

The customer service received was exceptional. All staff members were warm and welcoming upon arrival, making us feel at home. We appreciated the owner going out of her way to recommend and book a nearby restaurant that met our preferences. The room was well-suited for our needs and was thoroughly clean.
There weren't many guests staying that particular Sunday, giving the hotel a somewhat quiet vibe. Although this isn't necessarily a fault of the hotel itself, it may affect the level of experience for some travelers.

My new year experience was fantastic! the staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly, providing us with a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. They even went above and beyond to book us a table at a nearby restaurant when theirs was closed. the location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to see and do. the room was spotless and met all our needs and requirements.
Perhaps if we had stayed on a different night, we could have experienced more of what the hotel had to offer.
